ES is a 64-year old Caucasian male who was diagnosed with stage 4 carcinoma of the esophagus in April 2007 confirmed via esophagogastroduodenoscopy. The biopsy showed poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Initial urinalysis was clear.
